- What is Fun Company Picnics?
Fun Company Picnics is the events division of Dulles Golf Center & Sports Park located at 21593 Jesse Court, Dulles, VA 20166 (One mile south of Route 7 near Dulles Town Center).
- What types of events can be held at your venue?
Company Picnics, Corporate Outings, Team Building Events, Breakout Meetings, Family and Class Reunions, Group, Community, Club or Team Parties and Fundraisers.
- What does the per person rate include?
The per person rate entitles each guest to the unlimited use of the Golf Driving Range, Miniature Golf Course, Batting Cages, Beach Volleyball, Basketball and Horseshoes.
- Am I required to rent a tent or pavilion?
Yes. A tent or pavilion rental is required for each event.
- Do I have to bring my own equipment?
No. Dulles Golf Center & Sports Park provides all of the equipment needed for each activity.
- Are all guests charged the per person rate even if they may not participate?
Yes. All attendees above the age of four years are considered guests and are charged according to our rate schedule. Much like most other one price venues, admission is collected regardless of the amount of participation in the activities provided.
· Are beer and wine permitted at your venue?
Yes. Beer and wine are permitted with ABC approval or with the use of a caterer that is licensed to serve beer and wine.
- Do I have to use a caterer on your recommended list?
Yes. Due to the high standards we require of our caterers we prefer that you use caterers that have met our approval. If you know of a caterer who would like to be considered for our list please have them contact Carolyn at ceh@funcompanypicnics.com
- Am I permitted to book my own amusements?
That depends, because we require that all amusement companies provide a designated attendant, an appropriate insurance certificate and their own generator. In the event you want to provide your own amusements our written approval is required.
- Are pets permitted at Dulles Golf Center & Sports Park?
No. For the safety and enjoyment of its patrons, no pets of any kind are permitted with the exception of seeing eye dogs.
- Can you customize or create a theme event?
Yes. We have done a number of fun themes that really enhance your event such as Carnival, Hawaiian Luau, Southwestern, Old Fashioned Country BBQ, Psychedelic 70’s, Rocking 50’s and more!
- Can you organize contests and provide prizes for our event?
Yes. A number of our most popular are mini golf tournaments, volleyball competitions, batting cage bat-a-thons, driving range closest to the pin challenge, putting contests, tug o war, sack races, water balloon distance toss, pie-eating contests and so much more. For prizes, you set the budget and we take care of the rest for children, teens or adults.
- Can you provide bus transportation for a large group?
Yes. Transportation can be arranged to pick up and return all of your guests at a central location. Ask about a price quote and details.
